We are seeking a highly skilled and professional HR Head Assistant to provide executive-level support to the HR Head. The HR Head Assistant will be responsible for the management of administrative tasks, the coordination of projects and the provision of assistance with strategic initiatives that support the overall HR function. This individual will serve as a primary point of contact between the HR Head and other internal and external stakeholders.
The HR Head Assistant is responsible for
1. Managing and prioritizing the HR Head's schedule, appointments and meetings.
2. Coordinate and prepare materials for the HR Head's meetings, presentations, and conferences.
3. Conduct research and analysis of HR-related data to support the development of strategic plans and the making of informed decisions.
4. Prepare and distribute HR reports, dashboards, and metrics.
5. Assist in the development and implementation of HR initiatives, such as talent management, employee engagement, and diversity and inclusion programs.
6. Provide support to the HR Head in employee communications, including drafting and editing HR-related communications and announcements.
7. Assist in the coordination and facilitation of HR training and development programs and team engagement activities for the entire HR team.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field.
2. Around two years of experience in HR or administrative roles, with exposure to senior-level HR functions. In addition,
3. Strong organizational and project management skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR software/systems is also required.
5. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, as well as good English skills.
